338 Lapua

The .338 Lapua was developed in the 1980’s for the purpose of military snipers. It is a high- powered, long-range cartridge. It was used in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. As a result, it became more widely available. It is increasing in use by hunters and civilian long-range shooters.
